I
was freshman in college when Mary J. Blige entered the scene with her “What’s
the 411?” album. I was an instant
fan. Her songs seemed to bring out many
emotions. In fact, many of her tunes
could be on this countdown, but I chose one of the more upbeat ones.
“I won’t change my life, my
life is just fine.” It felt good, as a
fan, to hear her belt out those lyrics.
